Silicone has a unique structure of siloxane bonds Si-O-Si, imparting a greater bond angle and bond length, small intermolecular forces, unlike most of the organic molecules are readily crystallized, and therefore, good air permeability; the higher bond energy, so that the silicone polymer with outstanding heat resistance and excellent flexibility; the molecular chain and methyl toward the outside of the helical structure, so that it has a very low surface tension, good water repellent function; hydrosilyl bond (Si-H) having greater activity, hydrolysis, condensation can occur in the cross-linked film under high temperature and metal salts; quaternary ammonium salts of organic silicon reactive group, have antibacterial, antifungal functions, due to the structure the particularity of the organic siloxane polymer has a lubricating, soft, water repellent, anti-foaming, anti-bacterial mold and a series of features, suitable for cotton, linen, silk, wool and chemical fiber various post-processing, and to become performance, non-toxic, non-irritating odor environmentally friendly textile auxiliaries. Coupling agents commonly used in the textile industry have CY-602, CY-550, CY-902, CY-7030, etc.
