Application:

CY-186 is a kind of epoxy group silane coupling agent. Epoxy group has the reactive activity with many resins, but hydroxyl generated from trimethoxy hydrolyzes could make condensation reaction with the hydroxyl at the surface of inorganic materials. Thus it has coupling effect by building a molecule bridge between inorganic materials and the resins.

CY-186 could be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier and dispersant. It mainly improves the combining power and compatibility for the high molecular polymer (resin) to inorganic mineral powder materials and fibre, as well as the adhesion power and water resistance for resin coating to the substrate materials.

CY-186 is mainly used in the modification of project rubber and plastic materials, paint, printing ink, foundry resin, adhesive, sealant, fiberglass, grinder, electronic wrapping materails,etc.

As a good adhesion promoter, CY-186 can be applied to a wide range of resins, including epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polysulfide rubber, polyamide, acrylic resin, PBT and polyurethane.

Packing and Storage：
Must be sealed and kept in cool and ventilated place, away from water, heat and fire.
